Our Blanchester trucks carry the specific equipment decomposition remediation requires, not general cleaning supplies.
Every Unattended Death Cleanup job gets scoped individually, since decomposition stage and duration change what a job actually requires.
We remove contaminated materials down to subfloor whenever saturation has occurred, not just what's visible on top.
Odor treatment is central to this job — we don't consider a Unattended Death Cleanup job finished until the smell is fully resolved.
Decomposition frequently attracts insect activity, which is addressed alongside the biohazard cleanup rather than left for a separate pest company.
Walls, subfloor, and adjacent rooms are disinfected using EPA-registered products when contamination has spread beyond the immediate area.
Affected belongings are sorted, with salvageable items separated from anything that needs to be disposed of as biohazard waste.
Disposal goes through a licensed partner, and every job includes paperwork for insurance or estate purposes.
